Rural Lambton Stewardship Network

With the goal of achieving and maintaining a healthy and sustainable rural environment that will contribute to both the viability of agricultural and natural resources in Lambton County as well as the social and economic well being of its residents,

RLSN takes a grassroots approach to stewardship by empowering leaders within the community to guide resource management and conservation.

As part of the Ministry of Natural Resources’ Ontario Stewardship Program, the Rural Lambton Stewardship Network (RLSN) was established in 1994 as one of 46 stewardship councils across the province.

Dedicated members of the community, including landowners, environmental and conservation groups, recreation groups and government, form the RLSN council and collectively work toward protecting and enhancing natural resources within the county.

RLSN continues to operate as a community, private land stewardship organization focused within Lambton County.
